Overview
About Me
Well, I am a bit weird, but in a good way :) Or let's say authentic. I like beeing outside, seeing new places, meeting new people and get to know them. I love going hiking or skiing in the Swiss mountains and I enjoy my life as a student (which is soon coming to an end). I like to travel without planes, because I rather make love than CO2 but also because I think the nicest experience you normally have off the beaten track. Therefore, I travelled from South Africa to Egypt overland and crossed the Mediterranean Sea by a frighter ship to get to a wedding in Cairo. I am very grateful to have the possability to travel and get to know other cultures and people from all around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
For me traveling is not just sightseeing. It is more important to get to know a country and its people. In addition, Switzerland and especially Zürich is quite expensive and couchsurfing makes it hopefully easier for people to travel to Switzerland. I really like the freedom and beauty of my country (not so the greed of Swiss banks and the unhappiness of many people) and I want to share it with other people.
