I love to be active doing all kinds of sports. But no gyms and treadmills for me please (im not a hamster on the spinning wheel in the cage ;))...i like to get my workout done on fresh air in the nature. Thats the best way to spend quality time with friends.
I also read quite a lot.
To calm down, relax, read a good book and reflect on your life is a important as well.

Travelling, meeting new people, learning new things and experiencing cultural differences opens your horizon and in my opinion makes you a better person.
