ABOUT ME

I'm open minded and authentic, who always sees the positive sides at all. what i mean is, if there's a glass half filled, i see it half full - not half empty. I'm very curious in different things, for example learning the way of life from foreign cultures and people, other ways of thinking, languages and many more...my laughing is very contagious - so all my friends and family says. i'm often very spontaneous and ready for action :) ....and i'm really loving it to laugh, very loud and sometimes quite about myself. And if i get a giggling fit, others catch it everytime. To be honest and reliable is for me a matter of course and very important. to be continued...

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

if i have time and you're interested in, i can show you typicals and nice places, restaurants...of my city and of course- you are invited knowing more of me, we can drink a coffee together...
it would be great, if i'm your guest, that you can spend some time with me in your city to take me around and show me the 'secrets', which no tourist will discover at ease.
i'm interested in language tandem as well - for example: english-german, spanish - german, spanish - english

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i've met already some different people in a group like 'language cafe' and in my city.
i surfed in madrid, istanbul and sakarya and made amazing experiences.
also hosting was pretty good.

Interests

i take care for the smile of the people, working self-employed in my own dental laboratory. in my free time, i preferably like to run. but i do as well other sports as swimming, inlining, biking, pilates, taichi, cross-country skiing, waterskiing, climbing in tree parks... Very important is for me nutrition in conjunction with good and sustainable food. I like to cook with fresh (and if possible regional)ingredients and having a good glass of wine with it. I spend also time with self development, which is a life long issue for sure. i do also painting, especially with acrylpaints on large canvas. if there's a real good session with electronic beats to dance to, you will find me there. but even (classic) jazz is mine. sometimes i just like to read a good book or hang out and relax ;)....to be continued...
