About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To find back to MY WAY
ABOUT ME
A small town girl, no siblings but loving parents, moved to the Big City Berlin after studying Media Management near my home town; having lived for five month in Dublin (Ireland) for a work experience, have been nine month in Nürnberg (Germany, Bavaria) for a work experience as well, and before coming to Berlin did a volontary service in a 400 inhabitants village in Brandenburg (1h from Berlin). Now I'm here since Octobre 2011.
PHILOSOPHY
Live is what happens while you are busy to make other plans.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As I'm living in a Student hall of residence in a small apartment, it is impossible for me to host people .
And as I often travel on my own I hope to find Couchsurfing-Couches because it's totally ok to travel alone, but sitting alone in a hostel or pub in the evening with knowing no one - it's horrible ;-) Moreover I'm always pleased to get known to someone who shows me "his/her" city and the places s/he likes most or that are the must-have-seens.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
No concrete experiences; just have been to an apartment that calls itself a couchsurfing-apartment with cooking together, watching films and partying... And through that have been to a Couchsurfing-Meeting. That's it.
Interests
Being on the way and arriving somewhere, any kind of conversations with people, Literature (Reading + Writing), Arts, Philosophy, Psychology, Astronomy, Math, Swimming, Laughing, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most fantastic moments in my life always have to do with water.
The first moment has been on Niagara Falls in America when I was 14. I travelled through USA and Canada with my uncle and his wife. We spent some days near the Niagara Falls and went on the "journey behind the falls" where you walk directly at the bottom of the falls. And there is a place, where the water comes down on one of the wooden platforms (or just some millimeters from the platform). If you stand there for a minute you feel the mist of the falls and you sense the weight of these water masses by feeling the pressure..... It was amazing and undescribable. It was the first time I really felt I can breathe free in my life.
The second moment was when I have been to Ireland and travelling to Inis More (Aran Islands); a german girl, working in the hostel, told me about the Black Fort, where nearly no tourists go, because you can't get there by Bus... So I walked there on my own..... And it was .... I have no words for it.... It's a very old Fort that is directly on the cliffs to the Atlantic... I was sitting there for three hours because I was just happy to have discovered this place, I could just breathe and it was like all sorrow went off of me.... I was just smiling and crying and breathing.... Always when I go to Ireland I have to go there... It's a paradise on earth.
