Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My very good friend and flatmate told me about it. She is already a couchsurfing-"Guru" and made already friends all over the world via the couchsurfing community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I didn't couchsurf a lot. Two time I've been in Vienna staying with the same host. And it was great. It felt like home. Furthermore I made really good experiences with beeing a host myself. I met very nice and interesting people.

Music, Movies, and Books

There are really good movies out there. One of the best german movies was "3 Zimmer, Küche, Bad", a spanish one was "Tambien la lluvia" and yes sometimes I'm also romantic "Love Actually" is really a sweet movie.

I love music. And for me it's so amazing that you have certain songs which reminds you on other people who are or were part of your life.
The type of music really depends on my mood.
I like a lot reggae, dancehall, dub, hiphop
For concerts rock, ska.
And some spanish music...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been nearly two years in Bolivia and worked at an orphanage there. It was incredible how quickly the children touched my heart. I felt really part of a family there. Even though saying goodbye was very hard, I wouldn't miss that time in my life... and hopefully I will see the kids again one day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I could teach you a bit of german, how to dance and having a good laugh (in Germany we say laughing could be contagious... ;))
I still want to learn sooo many things in life - joggling (but I can't juggle yet), surfing and piano are just a few of them.
