Why I’m on Couchsurfing

CS is a great way to meet people, which is not based on money. It's nice for people like me who prefer to travel cheap! I'm more interested to get to know a culture through people who have experienced the culture more intimately and from a different/realistic/non-romanticised point of view!
I've only done CS twice so far but I was blown away by the kindness of these people!

Interests

I feel most at ease when being somewhere in nature (not that I hate cities), hiking and setting up a tent.
