About Me

Hi everyone!

I could tell you I'm an easy going and social person who's always in for some fun and wants to see a city "from a different perspective" but that wouldn't really make me stand out now would it?

So here are the essentials:
I like my coffee black and hot.
I really enjoy hearing people talk about stuff they're passionate about, whether it's music or their R2D2 building club membership.
I love walking, having a beer, going to musea...
I don't like long walks on the beach cause I hate sand.
Hummus is life <3

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I host so many people in my place, I'm seriously considering opening a B&B. I really love having people over, so it was about damn time I made my own couchsurfing profile, no?
On the other hand I'm also going travelling for a couple of months now and it would be cool to meet up and stay with some of you!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:I have a not so secret crush on Nick Hornby because let's face it his columns are nothing short of brilliant. Otherwise I love everything by Jonathan Safran Foer, Caitlin Moran, Julian Barnes and I'm still a Potterhead. Actually having to chose my favorite books is making me feel like choosing between my hypothetical kids, so I'll just leave it at this.

Music: punk - noise - rock - psychedelic - jazz - blues. I have a high tolerance for not so good music, but when it gets really bad I can't stand it and have to leave the place.

Movies: I love B-horror movies with terrible special effects.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've spent 4 months in Uganda when I was doing my bachelor and I'm still involved with the NGO that I was working for. I'm now actually responsible for other students and volunteers that go there. Uganda will always be special to me and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Now I just quit my job to go travelling solo for a couple of months and I'm really looking forward to it. Also I feel pretty badass about that

What I Can Share with Hosts
