About me, I'm a 19 year old student of communication in Leeuwarden, the Netherlands. I was born and raised in the Netherlands and love traveling. My parents have always encouraged me to travel on my own and to find solutions where others see trouble! I have a beautiful boyfriend and a cat.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I got tired of the hostels and prefer to stay with locals, also, I have a spare bedroom in the city center of Leeuwarden which I don't use much, so I figured why not try couchsurfing and meet other travelers and show them my city.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading books and listen to music I don't watch a lot of movies or tv at all... I listen to a lot of different genres music. From classical to hard rock, and techno to folk, I love it all!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In October 2016 I've visited China! This was the best travel experience until now, and I will definitely visit again.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I know a lot about the history and the culture in Leeuwarden and Friesland, Leeuwarden will be the cultural capital of Europe in 2018 and what I can share with hosts is a free city tour with a lot of information and interesting stops. The bedroom I have is near the old city center and close to a supermarket, restaurants and bars, and a 10 minute walk from the central train station.
