Hey, guys, i am a student in Hungary, in the University of Debrecen. I graduated bachelor course of international relations in Petrozavodsk, Russia, and was working at the University there for one year with international students from all over the world, who were coming to study at our university, Then i decided to apply to Hungary and here i am, studying masters course of American studies. Besides, i am actually not Russian, i am originally from Armenia, but my parents moved to the Russia at the beginning of the 1990s so this is how i turned out to be in Russia. I am extremely active and communicative person. Having degree and experience in working with international students i had a chance to develop my knowledge about different cultures and traditions and i am really interested in expanding my knowledge about the world, people and cultures. It is especially great, when you dig into the culture while travelling in different places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I heard about this website when i was in my hometown, but actually, not many people are using it there. Since i moved to Hungary i could feel how cool it is to travel around and host people using Couchsurfing. It gives you the opportunity not only to travel but also to meet people and better understand the culture as well as make new friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love philosophical books, books concerning international relations and history ,anti-utopia genre, books in which the stories of real life are described and classical literature. 1984 by George Orwell, Ishmael Beah "Radiance of Tomorrow", Alexandre Dumas " La Reine Margot", David Mitchell "Cloud Atlas". These are the most favorite books. As for music and movies, i watch and listen to different types of music and movies so it is hard for me to choose the most favorite ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best thing i had ever done is applying for studying abroad. Besides, i participated in several volunteer projects to help children without parents and disable people. This experience tough me a lot.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know several languages so we can share our knowledge in languages, cuisine as i am armenian i can cook armenian traditional dishes as well as russian ones. Besides, i can play flute and i have worked in the migration office so i know russian migration legislation if help in this question is nedded)
