Hi There, I am a well educated hippie at heart, and a true yogi and adventurer. I believe all decisions and actions in life should come only out of love and truth, to find the best out of life, laugh as much as i can, and give out only positive vibes. 2 years ago i left my career in corporate sales in Toronto to move to the Virgin Islands where i started up a Kombucha Business and a Yoga Company (www.facebook.com/yogabytheseaVI)
and have been doing as much surfing and exploring as possible. I am at a stage now where i'm focusing on developing my spiritual side, and have decided on a journey around the world to nurture that. Starting in NYC i'll be taking a course in Kundalini Medicine involving energy healing and yoga therapy. Then off to the west coast, then peru, australia, and Bali. I'm super fun and positive to be around, very respectful of others and their homes, and very grateful for a place to stay on this journey : )

gave up a 12 year career in the corporate world of Toronto to move to an Island to basically be a hippie, living well off of selling and trading Kombucha, guiding yoga & meditation on the beach and finding out what really matters in life.

I can offer private or group yoga & mediation sessions, teach you much of what you need to know about healthy living for mind, body & soul, and can COOK super food healthy meals that happen to be delicious. Its a talent, lol.
