i grew up in a very controlled and confined household. i married and had my children very very young. i am now divorced and my 4th child will soon turn 19 years old. i am beyond eager to grow, learn, meet the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i am at an age and a place in my life where i no longer am sheltered or "needed" at home anymore. i have free time and my goal is to learn as many different lifestyles as possible! i'm eager to know of other cultures and diversities, most of all, i'd love to meet new friends around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

i love music, all genres..i believe music is almost as important as air..it's a universal language ! my favorite is old school r & b and hip hop but that doesn't make it more important than what type of mood or music you're into on a particular day, free style, 80's soft rock, alternative...the list doesn't end really..and i'm open to learning new genres i haven't quite explored as much as others..movies are pretty much the same, depends on the day..from stand by me to a bronx tale to every single christmas movie ever made, miracle on 34th st being my fav :) books def varies by what type of circumstances i'm going through at the time as well..from one of my local authors, phillip craig to a good self help book to the hunchback of notre dame..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

i've done 4 amazing things in my life. each of them was to give birth to a child. the 5th amazing thing i will do is figure out how to travel the world and find my real true unique inner self while doing so..the me other than a mom and ex-wife..

What I Can Share with Hosts

i'm a pretty good cook from what i've been told..nothing fancy as i'm not well traveled yet..but i've got the basic dishes covered with the best recipes ever..almost started a catering company ;)
