About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Am kinda split between two: the egoistic : 1. Have as much as possible without hurting anyone else, or the very altruistic 2. Help other people have fun and get a better life. Think I end up in a mix between the two according to my mood.

ABOUT ME

Currently living at the Wonderful 1605 house in DC. Check: http://www.couchsurfing.org/profile.html?id=9LH676U

Interests

Sports - anything basically, but teach swimming, play football, waterpolo and do windsurfing myself. Am always up for any sport, and just teach me something new! Hiking is good as well.

Cooking is brilliant, especially when you learn a new dish or cook for someone who love food as well.

Quite like books and good literature, but tend not to have enough time to read.

Music, Movies, and Books

Arh. Tough one.
Music> changes according to my mood. Surfing it w. Jack Johnson, Ben Harper and that gang. Get sentinmental w. Leonard Cohen and old Danish music. Cannot stop my feet when you play me balkan, mbalax or good cuban salsa. And then i just love new music and change my virtual records after each major Roskilde Festival.

Film: Kill Bill. Very well filmed, and love the story.

Books: Karen Blixen is unbeatable. By anyone. When nothing should make sense Murakami is my man. And a lot of other small and unexpected good surprises.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Starting a project of a bus filled w. youth exploring that buzzword engagement, in the Middle East for 2010 will probably count as the craziest thing ever done. Other than that hitchhiking down to Croatia. Hitchhiking around Turkey. Travelling Iran.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Iran, Ireland, Lebanon, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Syrian Arab Republic

Countries I’ve Lived In

Afghanistan, Denmark, Jordan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States
