I’m a Belgian girl taking a gap-year after my studies. I love to exchange about cultures and practice my Spanish.

(I know that my bio is quite empty, but I never seem to find the time to really update it and write lots of information about myself 🙈Can you relate to that? 😅)

P.S I travelled with my friend Chloe from October to May so that’s why my reviews always mention the both of us. However, I’m currently travelling solo

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet local people and have a good time
And - I’m not gonna lie - save some money as I just finished my studies and could not save up as much money as people who worked full-time could 🙈

Interests

Hockey, watching movies, reading books, eating healthy (I’m consciously cutting down on meat and fish, although it’s not always easy when you’re travelling through Central and South America 😅)

+ I LOVE diving! I try to do it every where I travel to, although that’s not easy on a student budget.
I’m currently a rescue diver with 86 logged dives and I’ve dived in
- Gili Air (Indonesia) where I did my Open Water
- Menorca, France, Sardinia (Europe - Mediterranean Sea)
- Red Sea in Egypt
- Cuba (only 1 dive though)
- Tulum (Mexico) a cenote dive
- Utila (Honduras)
- Santa Marta (Colombia)

And now I’m going to the Galapagos in Ecuador to dive as well, can’t wait 😻
