I have just finished my doctoral studies in Finland, but still enjoying the life of a researcher specialising in concrete. I love active hikes and swims in unexpected places. The best journeys are starting when you haven't planned them sorely.
I also do finswimming and drawing in my free time.
I know a lot of jokes, or at least I was told that I have a decent sense of humour :D

One of the reasons main reasons is that I strongly believe that no one knows the places rather than locals. Therefore I would love to receive the inside suggestions about these kinds of places when I am travelling. And of course, I would love to share hints about the you-will-never-find-as-a-tourist places in Estonia and Finland.

I am listening to very different music, but always adore jazz and can watch almost any movie genre except horror.
Regarding books, I mostly prefer American and European classics, but recently started to read several modern Asian authors.

I can teach you some funny words that are similar in spelling but completely different in meaning in Finnish and Estonian.
