Overview
About Me
I'm French Canadian, but I moved to Japan for two years to teach English with the Jet Programme. I then lived in New York for three years where I worked in film production and I met my husband Lee. We then relocated to Los Angeles almost four years ago.
Both our passion is film and working in this industry, Lee is a writer/director/cinematographer and I am a union Script Supervisor on features. I have always loved to travel and I have been to many places but there is still so much to explore.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My husband and I have both traveled to many different places. But since we met we have not traveled together. We both work as freelancers in a competitive gig economy so it is hard to find the time and funds to travel.
I'm on couchsurfing to be able to travel again. This style of travel allows us to visit new places without breaking the bank and experiencing wonderful people.

Music, Movies, and Books
Way too many to list. I listen to all kinds of music and open to new artists. Since I work in film, I am open to all sorts of genres and types of movies, although I do lean more towards indie and international films (not so much blockbusters and horror films).
As for books, I'm a big fan of Kurt Vonnegut and Chuck Palahniuk.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I don't know if it counts as something amazing to others, but it was amazing to me - Teaching English in Japan.
