About Me

Vermonter living as an Au Pair in Paris! I am an artist, animal lover, and believer in dancing whenever I get the chance! I am from a small town so I grew up skiing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors, but I am happy visiting the country side and large cities alike! I think one of my favorite things about living in a big city like Paris is the endless possibilities for finding little hole-in-the-wall restaurants, secret courtyards, and chance encounters!
I love food and everything that entails, including cooking and learning new recipes from around the world!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I hope to go as many places in the world as I can, and couchsurfing is an affordable way to do that! Also one of the main reasons I love traveling is experiencing a new culture, new foods (I just got back from eating and drinking my way through Brussels), and starting to learn more languages (or at least a few words)! Couchsurfing seems like great way to meet people and get a more authentic view of a new city/country!

What I Can Share with Hosts

-I speak French, not perfectly but I'm getting there! I am attempting to learn Spanish as well but have not gotten very far. In any case, I would love to be a part of language exchange!
-I love card games and could probably teach some new ones.
-If you have a dog I will gladly brush it or just hang out with it and give some attention :)
-I love looking at, talking about, and making art so would definitely like to share and learn in that area!
