I'm Anna, I'm 23 years old and I'm pretty much down for any adventure this world has to offer. I was born and raised in Heimsheim, Germany and moved to Rochester Hills, Michigan when I was 12. I had amazing opportunities to see many great things and meet amazing people in the states. I moved back to Germany December of 2014 and currently live with my boyfriend in Affalterbach. I used to wait tables for a long time so I personally believe I'm pretty easy to get along with :-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wish to see more of the world, especially since I'm back in Europe now with many more travel opportunities than there are in America. I believe that seeing a new place in the world is so much more fun and easier if youre around people who live there and know the area very well. Seeing amazing places and traveling is only half the fun if you don't get the opportunity to meet amazing people as well.

Interests

I have many interests, mainly because I love trying out new things. I like to read, though I don't do it nearly as much as I should, I enjoy traveling and getting to know people and watching many different shows and movies (its a weakness of mine ^^) I love trying new foods and I enjoy learning to prepare them equally as much (though I am a vegetarian, there's still many delicious choices out there) I love playing video games and I currently attend a 3D school in Stuttgart

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Music is a great passion of mine, and though i don't play any instruments, I need to listen to some sort of music every day in order to survive ^^
I enjoy pretty much any genera, except for country. From the black keys, to cage the elephant, a day to remember, K.Flay, blackmill, twenty one pilots, robin schulz, ed sheeran, linkin park, etc etc the list could go on forever
Movies: Far far too many to list, but if I had to narrow it down my favorites are the lord of the rings and hobbit series, any disney, harry potter, or marvel movie pretty much, Sherlock, Stepmom, fight club, avatar (not the shitty last airbender remake), the hunger games series, etc, i am getting overwhelmed trying to narrow it down ^^
Books: the harry potter series, the hunger game series, eragon, catcher in the rye, to kill a mockingbird, the name of the wind, erebus

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I think doing something amazing is doing something for someone or something where you know they'll never be able to repay you. I believe the most amazing thing I've done is volunteering at an animal shelter back when I lived in the US and giving up meat for the sake of making a small impact on the life of an animal

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share many funny and cool stories from the places I have lived and visited and the people I have met. I can always share different perspectives to things and mostly, I like to create new memories that will later become the funny and cool stories I share ^^
