Woo travel! So much to see, so little time. I graduated from college as an engineer, started grad school, got an offer to go play soccer in Sweden, played for two years, came to Colorado, got a "real job," and then just quit because traveling >>> cubicles. I'm headed to Australia and New Zealand for the first half of 2019! Excited to meet some fellow couch-surfers.

I love reading, trail running, snowshoeing, yoga, meditating, eating tasty vegan food, soccering, rock climbing, and being outside as much as possible. Denver is a small, interesting city, but most of my time is spent in the mountains.

Right now I'm reading the 5 Invitations, written by a Zen Buddhist who opened a hospice center in California. The book is full of the lessons he's learned while helping people move from life to death with a mix of Buddhist teachings intertwined. Movies...LOTR, vampire movies, Kill Bill, Remember the Titans, anything that isn't based 90% on explosions
