Hello everyone! I'm Anya, love meeting new broad-minded people, travelling, photography, cooking and enjoying this life. At the moment I'm doing my doctorate study at Marmara University in Istanbul and want to catch the possibility to travel all over the world. I'm living in Turkey 4 years and want to see all of the corners of this amazing country. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the idea of sharing your home with people who needs it instead of supporting hotel industry which sometimes set up too high prices for nothing. Also it's a perfect opportunity not only to learn the city or a country while your trip, but also to learn native peolpe and communicate with them, learn how they think and react, how they see their own city. That's what makes the travelling beautiful as to me :)

- spent a week on the yacht ruled by a 100% blind person.

- was living in a small city in Turkey for 1 month without knowing any turkish word.

- hosted a rock-star.

- ran a 42 km marathon without preparation
