About Me

I am crazy, fun, and very loud since I’m Italian! I love meeting new people and discovering new things. Changing all the time and starting new different adventures is what makes me feel alive, just as when I ride my bike extremely fast in a huge descent. I like music, I pretend to be able to play guitar and sing, and I love cycling, hiking or doing any kind of activity in the nature. I like to cook Italian dishes and I also love eating and trying new recipes. I love art and I think it’s interesting in every form of it.
I found out couchsurfing during my journey back to Italy: after spending one year in Freiburg, Germany, I came back home by bike and I absolutely loved that experience. Being hosted in that occasion was extremely useful and precious: I got to know new fun and really kind people. I understood even more how beautiful it is to share stories with these people who then become part of your journey, wherever you are going. Because of that, I can’t wait to get to know someone new!!!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m on Couchsurfing because I think it’s a great way to get to know new people from all around the world. In my opinion, there’s no better way of visiting a place than doing it with someone local. So I like both, exploring a city or a village with someone who knows it very well and knows every secret of it and also, when I host someone, sharing my knowledge as inhabitant of Prato, the city I grew up in and Florence, the beautiful city nearby where I’m currently living. (I’m in Florence from Monday to Friday and I’m usually in Prato in the weekends, with my family and friends, so maybe I can host you in both places.)
On top of that, I think it’s a cool way to travel because hospitality allows young people (who often couldn’t afford travelling and staying in fancy and boring hotels) to explore the world without spending a lot of money
