About Me

I'm 26, an English language teacher. I'm very open-minded, active, and full of energy. I love traveling a lot, especially by bicycle. Apart from that, I fancy kayaking, snowboarding, and camping. For me, life is first all about meeting fascinating people in all world corners and after that beautiful places all around.

PHILOSOPHY

The motto of my life is "Challenge yourself in order to grow". That's why I want to bring a bunch of amazing experiences from my life, unforgettable trips, and a big amount of marvelous stories to tell.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I simply can't imagine visiting a foreign city without getting to know its locals and culture from the inside and Couchsurfing is the best tool to accomplish that :) Plus, I've already made sure Couchsurfing creates life-long friendships and unites people of different nationalities

Music, Movies, and Books

I am mad about music, plus I sing a lot, especially a capella. My favs are Arctic Monkeys, Kings of Leon, Ed Sheeran, Oh Wonder, U2, Boyce Avenue, and Hozier.
As for my favorite literature, I find Arthur Conan Doyle generally the most enjoyable. But I were to choose the one and only favourite book, I would still name "The collector" by John Fowles. Regarding movies I fancy the most, these are basically dramas, psychological detectives, and historical movies based on true stories. The one that impressed me most of all not long ago was "The best offer" with Geoffrey Rush starring. That type of movie makes your jaw drop once the ending is revealed.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

August 2017 I went hitchhiking to Georgia from Minsk (5500 km)

Teach, Learn, Share

All my life is about sharing things and teaching that's why I've chosen to become a teacher of foreign languages. As a typical belarusian, I can also teach you how to cook borshch :) Besides, I can give you a tour around Minsk (the old city, Independence Avenue etc)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belarus, China, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Italy, Lithuania, Poland, Russian Federation, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine

Countries I’ve Lived In
