Me and my sister Ella are travelling around Spain this summer, and would love to find someone to stay with through couchsurfing. This is our favourite way to travel - we both love meeting new people and sharing experiences, chatting, cooking, exploring :)
I’m 26 years old, and I’m a musician, music teacher and community mental health worker. I love travelling, and speak French and Spanish.

I'm a vegetarian, but not a fussy one - happy to be around meat and always fine to sort out my own food.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To have a deeper cultural experience of a place, and meet new wonderful people. When I have a place of my own I'll be very happy to welcome people in the same way :)

Interests

I play the djembe (African drum), the balafon, and the guitar, and I love to play with other people! My other interests include walking, cycling, salsa dancing, reading, kayaking, natural swimming and sharing good food! I also love to do henna, and often do this for friends and sometimes for work.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love country and folk music, Latin American music, some rock and lots of west African funk! Favourite artists include Simon and Garfunkel, Joni Mitchell, Buena Vista Social club and The Pogues :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I've done some music teaching and am always happy to share guitar and African drum knowledge... I also love doing origami and would be happy to teach this too :)
I'd love to learn from others too, any language skills (particularly French and Spanish), cooking, musical skills, or just general wisdom!!
I love to cook and would be happy to share or do some cooking wherever I am. Shared experiences like dancing, exploring, watching film, playing games etcetera would also be lovely but I'm always happy to be independent too!
