ABOUT ME

A girl on her way to foreign countries. Thats ME! I grew up in the beautiful harbor city Hamburg but decided to leave this place behind and came to Vancouver, a city which I felt in love with...I feel home in many places in the world and it's hard to tell what home is for me really.I like to travel by trains and boats, harbours and beaches are always close to me, I enjoy art, I cant immagine a day without music, I think music and literature are one of the most beautiful ways to express yourself, I love days well lived, I adore good coffee and food from all over the world! I paint, I read, love walking everywhere, challenging questions, dancing, dreaming, costuming, cats, a wonderfull glass of wine and conversations about everything and nothing...
Going to galleries, theater and seeing live music and performing arts are some things I could do endlessly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed couches couple of times. Now it's my turn to be a host.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed couches in Quebec City, Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver, Berlin, Hamburg, Maastricht, Paris and Istanbul. Beautiful places with beautiful people.

音乐、电影和书籍

I listen to many differens kinds of music like dream rock, alternative, punk etc. I love dancing to pop, electro and minimal. I do hang out and listen to jazz, hiphop and I go to the theater or the opera and love to listen to classic music.

Movies: Where the Wild Things are, Since of Sleep, Like crazy, HER…and more.

Books: Alice in Wonderland, Winnie the Pooh, Into the Wild and I am a quite Harry Potter fan since I'm 11, I never grew up here!
I wish I could find more time to read though, it's tough to pick a favorite one!

The Canadian Indian Summer in BC took my breath away with all its pureness and beauty! I'll be back there one day.

I can show you how to play the flute, cook spinach lasagna for you because thats my favorite dish, serve you a lovely cup of coffee, we could do some coffee tasting, bake a chocolate cake. Happy to share anything!
Also if you wish to expand your German, Polish or any other language...I'm keen to learn too, I'm very into languages! would love to learn how to prepare different kinds of food and have a wonderful dinner.
