Overview
About Me
I’m Polish Pastry Chef working in Milan. I have nice, young daughter.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to understand cultures other than my own.
I want to learn how to talk to people from different backgrounds, gain new insight, and generally learn about different ways of life of different people.
Also, when I travel, I would like to learn from ordinary people who are familiar with the local culture and can provide me with unique and interesting information.
Of course, I'd like to meet new people and form new friendships :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
There are a lot of distinctive and great things I've done, but I don't want to bore you with all that :) However, I believe that anything can be an accomplishment if you try your hardest and put forth your best effort. To put it simply : the most important is to remember that we’re all just people who are trying to do the best we can.
One pretty exhausting thing I've done though is when, the first time I came to Italy (Puglia), I took a 30 hours bus from Poland.
Teach, Learn, Share
I expertise in cooking, particularly pastry, and as such, I am willing to teach all of these talents as well as learn local recipes from hosts. I'd also like to improve my English and perhaps learn a new language. I am fluent in Polish and Italian, and if you are willing, I would be delighted to teach you the language and/or culture.
My goal is to shape minds inwardly with all the valuable knowledge that surrounds us, everywhere, in nature. My motto is: “What you learn, teach”.
What I Can Share with Hosts
- I can teach you all of my cooking skills :) both in sweet and savoury
- I can also teach Polish and Italian language, since I am fluent in both
- I am very happy to share my real life experiences
