Hey there, I am a physics student who loves to learn languages, travel as much as possible and experiment with my camera while doing so. There's so much to do and see in this world and my biggest problem is usually to decide what to try first. I will (hopefully) finish my master's in winter 2019/20 and then start a long journey with my boyfriend that might take us around the world for a couple of years. We want to camp and hitchhike whenever possible and plan to avoid planes because to us, travelling is more important than arriving.

I enjoy travelling and meeting people from all over the world. The best way to learn something about a country and its culture is probably to meet locals and couchsurfing seems to be a great opportunity to do so.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I find it hard to pick one... I definitely learned a lot from living with a Colombian family for a while when I was at school. Also, my first backpacking trip that took me to southeast Asia in 2015 was a formative experience. I studied in the UK for six months in 2016 and it's impossible to tell what was the best part of it, but I keep visiting twice a year, that probably tells a lot.
