My name is Anna and I currently live in Lawrence, KS but will soon be relocating to Seattle to attend graduate school at UW! I am going to be getting a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management & Philanthropy and hope to work with some effective and innovative social justice nonprofits in the near future!

I've never couch surfed before! Seems like a fun and interesting adventure =)

I love hiking & backpacking, rock climbing, reading, catching up with friends at local coffee shops, wine, happy hours, popcorn, netflix, and most importantly-traveling. I also enjoy watching babies and puppies interact with each other.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmm, I am currently reading Housekeeping & Blindness, although my most recent favorites include Gone Girl & Wild. Musically, I love going to music festivals (Sasquatch, ACL, and Bonnaroo)--some of my favorite artists I've seen live include Jack White, First Aid Kit, Local Natives, Lord Huron, Fleet Foxes, and The Punch Brothers. I am down with most types of music.
