Hello!

My name is Anna and I am just about to begin a much-anticipated South-American adventure. I am a qualified English Teacher, and an impassioned Photographer, with a keen interest in rock climbing, hiking, being outside, and meeting new people. I spent some time in Nicaragua when I was younger, and that taught me a little bit about Spanish and a lot about how much I loved the Latin American culture. I am interested in seeking out even more adventures in this beautiful land and would love to meet people along the way. I laugh often, ask a lot of questions, and like to spend time with new people around me. I love to cook, and exchange stories over drawn-out dinners and a few glasses of wine or beer. I am very respectful of others and their space, and pride myself of being a respectful and tidy guest.

I believe that the best way to foster a cultural exchange is through meeting people and living in spaces that are not created just for the tourist. I like real and genuine experiences, and I think that couch surfing would be the best way to get a taste of personal lives in different cities.
