For me couchsurfing is one of the best way to find people in different countries for communication, cultural exchange and new experience :) Also it can help to find hosts in cities where you want to experience new lifestyle! Maybe sometimes it's good way to find a bed for a night, when you don't have any choice (but honestly, I have never tried it before :)
