About Me
I live half of the year in an off-grid Yoga community or ashram in B.C. Canada learning about Yoga, Meditation, Gardening and relating to others and myself.
The other half of the year I study dance therapy in Italy.
I'm inspired and touched by any practice which centers one back in the heart and makes one recognize the everpresent beauty we are moving from.
