I was born and raised in Russia, now I am getting a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration in Saint-Petersburg. In 2022-2023 I am studying as an exchange student in Longview, WA, USA. I am really looking forward to exploring the U.S., its culture, landmarks, and life in general :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Initially I joined Couchsurfing simply to save money on traveling — my friend and I are in the US for 9 months only, and we wanted to visit as many places as possible on low budget. However, after almost 1,5 months of traveling in total, we also have met so many amazing and open-minded people through Couchsurfing, had great time and conversations with them, and learnt so much. People is definitely a huge factor for me using Couchsurfing now :)

I really love traveling and seeing new places, doing it the most is definitely my goal for the next years of my life. I am also into reading, studying economics and political science, activism, ecology, cooking, and more. I enjoy active sports, such as mountain skiing and hiking and adore spending time outside connected to the nature.
