Hi I'm Anna, currently studying Marketing Management at Sussex uni, in Brighton and am loving it! I am very competitive and play lots of sports, mainly hockey at the moment. I coach both football and hockey, which I really enjoy! I love music, listening to and playing. I'm pretty laid back and chilled and try and take life one day at a time!

I have recently got the travelling bug, and am looking to explore the world, meeting loads of cool people along the way! I think staying with someone in their home is a perfect way to live like a local, get the best local advise as well as the opportunity to make friends for life!

Music, Movies, and Books

I have an eclectic music taste, I love everything from Aretha Franklin to Bruce Springsteen, ELO, Shania Twain, Sublime, blues and jazz. Favorite movies are Notting Hill and Love Actually (classics!) and thh Bourne movies. Also any musicals I LOVE!! Books: generally autobiographies, one of the best being Nelson Mandela's 'Long Walk to Freedom'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Was lucky enough to go to Tanzania when i was 12 with my parents. For months before I collected football shirts and money and bought pens and notepads. While we were out there, we visited this school and gave them all the stuff we had brought. They were so happy! We spent the rest of the day in the village playing football, dancing and singing and generally celebrating. That was amazing!!
