I'm a 29-year-old English Teacher in Vietnam. My friend and I started an English school in Thanh Hoa city in 2018. Our English School opens on 5th August 2018. I strongly believe that studying English at early ages would broaden children's mind. Students in Thanh Hoa city don't have many chances to study, to talk, to practice speaking skill with foreigners although they are really good at grammar. That's why I have decided to create an international community for foreigners in my area by applying to be a host. So, coming to my center to help my lovely students to overcome their fear of learning English, so they will achieve their dream of communicating with foreigners fluently and getting a good job in an English speaking environment.

Moreover, I would like to create a multi-cultural environment for both volunteers and Vietnamese people. You can discover the Vietnamese culture and customs through meals, landscapes and festivals. I believe that your contribution will bring many practical benefits to the community and society.

We welcome all English speaking volunteers from all corners in the world, with or without teaching experiences but loving-children is a must.

Ideally we prefer volunteers who are able to commit to a month or more, in exchange for your work, we will provide:
- A 100$ monthly allowance available for volunteers staying for 2-3 months)
- Free accommodation (free fast wifi, with beds, pillow, blankets, mattress, air conditioning...), bathrooms (with hot water) + 1 kitchen room (with fridge);
- There are nearby markets and supermarkets where you can buy fresh products and cook meals by yourself if you want to;
I know that for people living far from home, sometimes you really want to enjoy your own meals, no matter how delicious local food is.

We are also in need of full-time teachers, so if you would like to pursue a teaching career, we are happy to discuss a long term contract with you and a better salary package.

So far, we have hosted volunteers from England, America, France, Italy and China. Each volunteer gives us a lot of mind-changing experiences and stories. I hope our school can attract more volunteers to spread their positive energy to our students and help them achieve a better life through learning foreign languages.

My founding team and I aim at creating an English speaking community in Thanh Hoa city, provide an opportunity for locals to practice English and broaden their perspectives . In return, we'd like to introduce the beauty of Thanh Hoa to our international friends.
