Overview
About Me
I'm a happy, well-traveled, and easy going person.
I'm in my fourth year of undergrad studying political science and conflict resolution. I was born in Ontario, Canada, but grew up all over. I've been an exchange student twice, once in high school for a year in Brazil and once in university for four months in Bhutan.
I live and go to school in Squamish, British Columbia and love the outdoors. I grew up canoeing, fishing, and always around some sort of body of water.
I'm not a big partier, and would much prefer listening to great live music or chatting over a pint. That being said, I love to samba and tango!
I have a list of things I've never done that I hope to accomplish by May, but the list keeps growing!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's great to get to know a place from a local's perspective, kind of makes travel less superficial.
While I haven't formally couch surfed on my own profile yet, I've done so with a couple friends through their profiles (no references yet, but hopefully soon!).
