Overview
About Me
I am open-minded girl, studying two courses in Poland: Criminology and Biomedical Engineering. Since September 2016 I am on Erasmus exchange in Coimbra, Portugal. I love travelling and meeting new people, new culture. This is the most important for me because I can develop myself in best way. Traveling is a good opportunity to find out who we really are.
I like cooking and I am excited when I can try new dishes from all of the world. I want to repeat new meals in my country, my home town, to show my family and friends what we can find in other parts of the world.
Usually, when I am at home, I am spending my time on handicrafting. I am preparing jewelry and I am selling items sometimes. I am trying to do my best using modelling clay.
When I was younger I used to play a guitar a lot. Now, I left this instrument for no reason. Maybe, one day, I will meet person who will remember me what I've lost with leaving this guitar and I could start once again.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
That is a totally new experience for me, I want to try couchsurfing because that is a great opportunity to meet new people from other countries. I am on Erasmus now, but I found out that is not enough for me! I am looking for more.. More knowledge about other countries, culture, habits, couchsurfing is giving me possibility to see how real life in every city looks like. We are so different, and that is cool and amazing for me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
For now, I've done two amazing for me things.
1. Spending my holiday twice with host family in UK. I did that just after high school, which was quite crazy, I thought I would not go and study in Poland. I changed my plans later but time spent in Cambridge was the best time of my life, amazing experience for young girl. That was something big for me, decide that I am going so fer from home to other family, english people. I could see their life from inside. I could try nice meals, enjoy time with english people. After these trips I gained friends with whom I have got contact until today.
2. Starting studying biomedical engineering.. I am not math-lover and I am not crazy about physics. In high school I prefered humanistic subjects, history, languages. But then I met my boyfriend, he told me that I should go and try to study something connected with engineering. I thought that he was joking. But I was thinking about this what he said to me and I applied for this course. I can say now that was one of the best ideas. I didn't know that would be so great. Fantastic people, really good tutors, lots of possibilities. This is now all my life, my passion, more that studies. I am so proud of myself that I am studying this course and so glad that I have got such good teachers.
