I'm from Barcelona, I've recently graduated in Veterinary (so yes, I'm a fanatic animal lover) and I decided to take time for me doing a gap year arround New Zealand, Australia and South Asia.

I consider myself as a talkative, cheerful and open minded person. I love being spontaneous and improvised plans. I like to learn new skills, hobbies and meet people from other countries to exchange culture, lenguages and experiencies.

About my hobbies: I love doing sports like trekking/hiking, running, playing volleyball and climbing (begginer level). Meet with people to hang out. Paint. Play the guitar and I recently started playing the ukulele. Make macrame jewllery. And obviously travel.

But you'll have to host me to really know me. I don't mind where to sleep, I have the gift of falling asleep anywhere (really, anywhere). In exchange I can cook for you traditional spanish and catalan food ("tortilla de patatas con pà amb tomàquet"), have a good conversations drinking a beer,...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, but I prefer to do it without following a map or plan, improvising is my style. So, usually i don't really know where I'm going to sleep until the day before and Couchsurfing could be my salvation. For me meet people from the place which you're visiting is the best way to learn about their culture and explore city not as a tourist.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't have a favourite style...I listen jazz, country, rumba, techno, reggea,... whatever that feel me good vibrations, I'm an openminded person! But I've to say some groups I'll say Crystal fighters, El Kanka, Lágrimas de sangre, Milky Chance, Xavier Rudd, Manu Chao, Buena Vista Social Club,... for not to name the typical famous singers/groups.

I like movies that surprise me or make me think, like "Into the wild", "Fight club", Chocolat.... But I'm a fan of Lord of the Rings and I cry a lot watching The Lion king.
