About Me
I study AI in the university (masters degree), but work as a Japanese/Korean teacher.
Visit evening musical school to play the violin, a member of an orchestra.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Travelling:
In 2019 I went to European Go Congress to play Go (Asian logical game) in Belgium and decided to travel on weekends to Netherlands with friends. We tried to find the cheapest way to visit Netherlands, so we decided to try couchsurfing. We found a great host in Amsterdam and it was a really interesting experience!
So when I go abroad again I'll definitely use couchsurfing!!
I'm planning to visit Asia (Far East) in autumn 2020, but haven't bought tickets yet.
Hosting:
I used to be a host in Ukraine (Kiev) in similar program (three times I gave a room for one night for Ukrainians). But I think it's much more interesting to host foreigners, so maybe someday (if my family doesn't mind) I host foreigners as well.
When I have my own apartment, I host for sure! Unfortunately, I don't have money to buy an apartment yet:)
If your native language is Japanese/Korean/Spanish - don't hesitate to contact me! I'll do my best to persuade my father to allow you to stay at our place. I'm really interested in friendship with native speakers of those languages, that I'm currently studying.
Interests
I really enjoy teaching. I dream of making my own books for studying Asian languages in Russian, and also a website and Android-apps. I also want to teach foreigners Russian and Ukrainian and make a book for this too.
I enjoy learning languages. I have intermediate level of Japanese and Korean. Now I study Spanish (beginner), Chinese (A1?..) and Lithuanian (A1?..). I have a list of languages I want to learn in this life (more than 10 languages).
I love classical music, play the piano (10+ years) and the violin (6 years). Also I listen some rock, jazz and pop music (mostly korean and japanese).
I like snowboarding and riding a bike. I'm easy-going for any activities that are good for health and not dangerous.

Music, Movies, and Books
Favorite movies: Source Code, A Beautiful Mind, Seven Pounds, Inception...
Favorite Korean dramas: Phantom, IRIS, Nice Guy...
Favorite anime: Your lie in april, Steins gate...
I don't really watch movies/dramas/anime last years. Sometimes (once a year) I watch one anime with subtitles to learn new Japanese words.
I'm currently reading a Japanese novel 若おかみは小学生 (literature for children) and learn nearly 5-30 words from every chapter.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I make my own efficient lessons for learning Japanese and Korean. (In process of making from these a great book)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you:
- how to learn a new language
- how to learn Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Russian or Ukrainian.
- how to play the piano or the violin
- how to play Go game
