Hello, I’m Anna and I’m totally new to the Couchsurfing Community! Now I’m really looking forward to meet and welcome people from all over the world and have great experiences.
I was born in Estonia with Russian roots and I grew up in Germany where I’m still living. I’m working as a teacher for German language in the adult education. Working and living in an international environement always felt like home to me. I love meeting new people from different cultures, having deep conversations and finding out similarities. Besides my job I’m really into dancing and music, writing and hanging out with friends laughing for hours about bad jokes 😊

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think life is about constant learning and making experiences. And I believe that every single person we meet will teach us something and give our paths of life a new direction. We just have to be open and welcome every human being with curiosity. Couchsurfing to me is not only about having a place to stay, it’s about stepping out of the comfort zone, open up to new perspectives of living, understanding and maybe making friends for life.

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I’m a passionate teacher for German language it would be my pleasure to teach you a few words of this (admittedly not very easy but) beautiful language. As well I can show you some dancing steps like as Salsa, Bachata, some Latin American dances or even the Viennese waltz. But if you prefer we can also just improvise some crazy dancing moves 😊
I also like having deep philosophical and psychological conversations just as much as I like having funny and completely senseless discussions.

What I Can Share with Hosts

It would be great to spend some time together, no matter if we do something active or just having a calm and peaceful moment. But I’m also independent and never bored exploring a city on my own. I’m a very friendly person, flexible and adaptable and respectful.
