"What's your story?"

This is the more important question, instead of "What are you doing/working?". Why should we define ourselves about our jobs? Is the job really the most important thing in life?

NO! So I started to ask new people about their story.

Here my story in a nutshell:

childhood, blablabla, Highschool .... for nine months I lived in Croatia working as a volunteer with Outward Bound (an organization taking people in the outdoor to learn from own experience outside their comfort zone). During that time, I travelled a lot and started Couchsurfing! After that I work for some time as a postwoman, sailed from England to Sweden and finally moved to Austria for University. I studied three semesters cultural studies but didn’t liked the place so much and doubts came up (is this the right thing to do for me?). I needed some practical work and a change of place. For one year I’ve done different things (working on a farm or at the cultural department of a city). And now I want to finish my studies but in Tübingen…so here I am…

But you know…the little stories are more interesting…the ones which you tell around the campfire

I always dreamed about traveling all over the world, by feet, by ship, by train, by bike - I wish to breath different air, I wish to hear the melody of other languages and the rhythm of exotic music, I wish to see the smile of different cultures and try their food, their tradition, religion - I wish to find another sky with different stars and I'm searching for happiness - what makes you happy? The best way to do all this, is to meet people and live with them, even just for one night.

When I read a book, I do not see the letters, I'm watching a movie in front of my inner eye. That's why I cannot read thriller or something because it seems too real and wouldn't sleep for days. But fantasy or travel books allowing my own fantasy to create the most beautiful and impression pictures in my head.
