About Me
Hello there! I'm Anna. I've been helping and living in a community for people with special needs for over two years now, and I find this experience very rewarding and life-changing. In the past few years I've been working/living with lots of people from different countries, which I find absolutely amazing, and I'm still learning a lot. I was an English teacher in my home country Kazakhstan before I came to live in England, and then I decided that it was time for me to explore this crazy beautiful world. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I just really like the idea of it. :) I enjoy exchanging cultural knowledge and learning new things! Travelling to an unknown place and being introduced to it by local people is the best thing to experience, as well as hosting someone and making them feel welcome. Also, making new friends in places you've never been to is always great, isn't it?

Always found it hard to list my favourites - there are too many! Really depends on genre/mood. :)

I think rope jumping was the scariest yet the most amazing thing that I've done! :D
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some Russian and Kazakh words. :)
Or even cook something you've never tried before, if we have enough time on our hands?
I'm open to learn anything new.

I also believe I've got a lot stories to tell.
