PhD student living back and forward between Chile and Finland. It is my fourth year living in two countries and since I have a place in Concepción why not couch surf! Doing my PhD studies about environmental impacts and doing my internship in University of Concepción.

I came to Chile three and half years ago and finding out how everything works took me a long time. If I can help travellers in my city I´m happy to do that. I speak spanish all the time so I love to speak in english when it's possible. I like knowing new people and sharing ideas and to get to know their culture and customs.

Interessi

I like hanging out with friends and trying new foods and wines. Usually Peruvian food wins if I have to choose! I also like Pilates and Yoga or just go to the gym. Loved to surf when I was living in Peru, but Chilean waters are just to cold to me! Some times in my fre time I draw, paint, knit or what ever that you can create with your own hands. I love science and like to listen what kind of careers people have.

Musica, film e libri

I listen almost every kind of music althoug hevi music has always been bit hard to understand :P Love science fiction! Every movie that has little ailien hanging around does the trick! I read little outside the work. After waching text all day long I just cant go back reading. I like to read in finnish though that doesen´t feel like reading after all Spanish and English. I like finnish classic literature, writers like Aleksi Kivi and Mika Waltari.

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

I think my every day life is quite amazing. Living in Chile and Finland and travelling all around for conferences and meetings. Just two weeks ago I was doing field work and got to see flowering Atacama desert.

If some is wiling to share they thoughts and knowledge I´m happy to hear. Would be nice to learn some Portuguese. I exchange I can teach some Finnish words!

Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

My time and my life experiences and most of all listen life stories of others. Speaking in Spanish, English, Finnish or try to speak what ever language =) I would love to go out to eat or learn to cook new recipes.
