My utmost curiosity in life lies in people. I want to understand and learn everything I can about human nature and connection. I realise the innate worth that every being has no matter who or where they are in their life. I recognise that we are made from the same fabric, just having different perspectives and experiences.

Connection, integrity, open mind, honesty, freedom of opinion, emotional availability, striving for win-win solutions, nonviolence are my most important values and I adhere to these as much as I know how to. There is no perfection, just practise.

My taste in music is quite eclectic. I can do every kind of music style- pop, jazz, rock, trap, indie, metal, folk, classical, electronic...

I don't watch many movies- if I do, they're mostly documentaries or comedies.

I like reading when I have time, but most of the time I consume books in audio format.

I'm pretty amazed at the amount of travel I've been able to do with very very little money.

All the things I'm interested in I can teach and share somewhat about and of course learn more of. Vegan cooking is something I do pretty well, I love connecting conversations. Also, we can sing together, dance, do a crafts project etc ;)

I can share many self-development, shadow-work, shamanic, somatic and awareness practises.
