Hey there!
I‘m Anna, 21 years old and from Hanover, Germany. I looove travelling, especially to meet new people anywhere! I am open minded, friendly and sometimes funny!
My last big travel experience was for 8 months around the globe (Bali, Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada) and that was the best decision in my life. I‘m staying currently in Edinburgh since a few months and I want to explore more of the UK (especially Scotland).
I love making music, I play the piano, the guitar and some weird instruments (like Harmonica, okay just one song) and I love to sing. Unfortunately I can‘t read music that good so I really have to play by ear. But for a little jamsession it‘s mostly fine. I like to learn from others so if you‘re a musician, I’d like to be your super dooper music student!
Sports to me are also very important and fun. I am playing football in a womens team (when I am in Germany) and I am always keen to play anywhere else some football or other team sports with others. I like hiking a lot because I love to be around in the nature (except if there is heavy rain or other bad weather) and to enjoy beautiful landscapes!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to stay in touch with locals anywhere I go! It‘s the best way to learn something about the culture and the country. Also like to make new friends :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love live music! Going to Rockconcerts is the very best for me. I really like listening to punkrock/indierock. Examples are the „Arctic Monkeys“, „Amber Run“, „Sam Fender“, „Fatherson“ (unbelievable good band from scotland) or „Linkin Park“ and so. But I‘m really open to other/new music from all over the world!:)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving in Taupo and Bungy Jumping in Auckland, NZ!!
I also loved living in a car for 4 1/2 months in New Zealand:)

What I Can Share with Hosts

We can share our knowledge about everything, we can also have a good time and maybe doing a jamsession if you like :)
Doing some sports (football) would be really cool too! I also like going out, hiking, cooking (eating), drawing, exploring so I am open to anything!
