I am an open-minded person, looking for adventures and new experiences. But I am also calm. Sometimes I need a break for reading books and watching movies. During my travels I try not to stay for too much time in bigger cities. I love escaping the stressy citylife and touristic spots and go out into the nature with my backpack, a tent and a beer.
But I am not always traveling. I study Hydrology in Germany. Beside University I like to hang out with my friends, drink some beer, wine or my favourite drink Gin Tonic. We cook together, party, watch movies or talk about life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Staying with locals in a new country is an unique experience. I don't just want to travel but I want to get to know the culture, the habits and the lifestyle of the people.

I like Rock music: Pink Floyd, Jethro Tull, The Doors, The Police, Eric Clapton, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Offspring...
For Dancing I need electronic music. I prefer Psytrance and Techno. In Southamerica I kind of started to like Cumbia and Reggaeton (crazy mixture with my original taste of music)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My best experiences so far were living for two years in South America, one year in Chile for a youth exchange and the other in Argentina for studying. In that time I was able to get into the culture of the countries and getting to know the lifestyles very closely.

What I Can Share with Hosts

When you host me you can have nice talks with me about all kind of topics. But I guess I am a better listener than talker. I like sharing my experiences about traveling but also about my country and culture. I don' t know that much about history and politics, but I always like to learn from other people. I really love cooking all kind of dishes. I would love to cook for or with you. Maybe I can learn a new typical recipe.
