Overview
About Me
I'm a curious person, most of the time very communicative (I can talk for long hours when I'm in good company, but in reality, I'm more introverted). I'm always trying to be tolerant as much as I can and spend more time with people I care for. That being said I will never tolerate hateful or bigoted opinions.
Some of my best friends live in different countries and I'm very grateful for them and the fact that I can travel freely and understand other languages than my native.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think Couchsurfing is a great example of how can our society work with people being nicer and more open to each other, not afraid of different cultures and not centring on things like profit.
To me, it's the most enriching way to travel - alone, but never lonely.
Interests
I decided to study art history because spending time in a gallery always made me happy and art, in general, was one of the things that made sense in this world. I was much more naive back then, but I won't say no if you wanna go see some art or interesting architecture.
Lately, after a decade of thrifting almost everything, I taught myself some sewing skills and like to sew, upcycle and/or repair clothes for myself and my friends. I still always try to find things second-hand before I buy new.
Vegan for the animals (and the planet ofc).
Not too much into sports, but I love dancing and hiking.
Professional youtube procrastinator and saviour of all home plants left by the trash bins.

Music, Movies, and Books
When it comes to music and books there's so much good stuff. I love when other people show me their favourite songs and books and inspire me to explore more. My current music fave is the French producer/singer oklou, big love!
The next two shows I bought a ticket to are Sega Bodega and Patti Smith, that's about how wide my music taste is hehe.
I like to read a lot of fiction, especially dystopian novels, and absurd/moving/sad stories with touches of magical realism. Two of my favourite books since when I was younger are Master and Margarita by M. Bulgakov and Tracy's Tiger by W. Saroyan.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I managed to save money and fly all the way to Canada to see a person I missed.
Teach, Learn, Share
If you're visiting Prague I can definitely show you places and tell you something about the history or local scene. I can cook some veg meal, but can't guarantee the result since I'm a rather bad cook. Warning: I can be very critical of Czech culture, so don't expect anything "traditional".
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories and hopefully good times!
