ABOUT ME

phew... laugh a lot and really loud, love to party and dance but sometimes it mixes badly with my equal love for taking care of myself and being fit. I honestly believe in the genuine kindness of human beings and in second (third, fourth...) chances. I believe it will all turn out fine in the end. But most of all I believe someone other than me should be filling out this box.

PHILOSOPHY

It´s cheesy but I belive with all my heart in love and kindness. That all humans are good (but some curropted by society and our culture). I believe that if human kind practices love and kindness all problems will automatically be solved and my aim is to practice until sometime in the far future I´ll be perfect. That and that you should rock on!!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I only just recently started, so far I like the experience. Try to treat my surfers real nice, often let them stay for a long time and help out to make their experiences in Iceland as good as possible. Hope to surf myself this fall and then see how much I´ve learnt from my surfers on good surfer etiquette.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Like I said only just started, had one real nice finnish guy on my couch, in my bed (no I wasn´t there) and in my friends bed (no she wasn´t there). Offer my surfers the best available spot every night :)
Am expecting an Italian to stay for the next week and in addition two Vienna ladies to top him off next weekend (this all sounds very yeah...)

Intereses

I am one of those unlucky people who find everything interesting and therefore never got real deep knowledge in any one field.
Gender issues and human rights are a burning issue, books used to be a passion but a few weeks ago I learned how to stream TV shows - is turning out to be a problem. Love weight lifting and running. Being in nature. Being with good friends. Can´t go a day without music, indie used to be my thing but am currently a little lost - jazz, blues, dubstep is getting more of attention these days. Dogs. Design. Art. Fashion. Languages. Could ofcourse go on for ever.

Delivering lambs at my mums farm in springtime is also always quite an amazing experience and something I look forward to every spring. Nothing like new life.
