CURRENT MISSION
To make friends with people from all over.
ABOUT ME
I'm a 22 year old living in the beautiful city of Halifax! I recently got my BA in European Studies from Dalhousie University. My degree was very focused on European history and languages. I love travelling and making connections with people. I'm originally from Montreal, which is an amazing city! I've lived in Halifax for the past 3 years and love it almost as much as Montreal. I am off to the Lorraine region of France in September to be an English teaching assistant at an elementary school. Hoping to get a lot of travelling around Europe in during my vacations and weekends! I am in Halifax for the summer and have a couch available. I live only a fifteen minute walk to downtown and very close to the Dalhousie campus. I would also love to meet someone for a drink or coffee. I know Halifax fairly well and can show you around! I am also very interested in practicing my French before I go to France, so if there are any francophones, that would be great!

Music, Movies, and Books
Although I get made fun of a lot for this, Titanic is my favourite movie for various reasons. I love all kinds of music and love making interesting playlists. It's impossible to choose a favourite book, but Pride and Prejudice is definitely up there. I also love the Harry Potter books a bit too much.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been very lucky to have travelled quite a lot. I have been to 9 out of 10 Canadian provinces, which is something I am quite proud of. Canada has amazing places to see and great people everywhere! I have also been fortunate to have travelled to Europe several times. Last summer, I spent a month studying in a Castle in Cesky Krumlov, Czech Republic. It was definitely one of the best months of my life. I am so lucky to have travelled so much. Each trip, I've learned so much and met great people, many of whom I'm still in touch with.
Teach, Learn, Share
I really want to improve my French and would love to speak with a francophone.
