Smiling, music and nature loving student from southern Finland. I have been doing my internship in Besancon, France-Comte for June, and will be travelling in France in July. I like good conversations, art, food and you.

Travelling and meeting people at the moment. I haven't accommodated anyone yet, but soon I will!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new on CouchSurfers: During my trip in France I have surfed on a couch in Montpellier. It was fun and everything worked as planned.

Interests

Good conversations, movies, music, the sea, nature, telemark, skiing, sailing, eating, drinking wine, running, hiking, the midnight sun, sosiology, volunteering, reading a book in a park, hanging with fiends in a park, stories, adventures, architecture, bicycles, petanque, playing tennis and ice cream.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: almost everything works. Jack Johnson, Bo Kaspers Orkester, Norah Jones, John Mayer, Eric Satie...
I play the pian and sing in a choir.

Litterature: I love reading so I'm always interested in getting tips of good books. For you I would propose checking finnish author Mika Waltari.

Movies: Woody Allen. Won Kar Wai.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The reindeers in the summer in Lapland (in the north of Finland) or in the winter when skiing - seeing them is wonderful also for a Finn.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have been a teacher in sailing school, so when a good opportunity comes I'm happy to share my knowledge on the sea! I can also tell you how to read musical notes or to make surgical sutures..;)
