ABOUT ME

I am Anna and I live in the south of Sweden, in a lovely place called Östra Strö. I have moved around quite a lot in my life. Studied in Lund and Stockholm. I took a year off to study spanish as well and then I lived in Granada, Spain. After my studies I went to work in The Hague, in the Netherlands for a year. My father was originally Dutch so this was sort of like "returing to my roots"... Moved back to Stockholm and lived there for some years before I decided it was time to travel some more. I went to Australia and south east Asia for a while.
I have a wonderful 8-year old daughter, Ella. We live in the country as I thought it better to let the child grow up with fresh air and in a peaceful place rather than the city ...
We are very much interested in travelling together, which is part of why we would like to try couchsurfing. I have been a member for quite some time without really taking advantage of it, but I would like this to change now! We also like to invite people to come and stay with us so feel welcome to ask to come over if you are visiting southern Sweden!

PHILOSOPHY

I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have also always loved to travel and to see new things and meet new people!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am interested both in hosting and surfing but so far I haven't done much at all other than I have been a member and I went to some local CS gathering. We hope to do some more travelling now that Ella is not a baby anymore so I want to get more active here.
