ABOUT ME

I love travelling -of course. I love sports like badminton, dancing, running, crossfit, yoga. But I also like cultural events -visiting theaters, concerts, exhibitions -art, music, everything that catches my attention. I have a small business in whoch I guide people in food and health, showing the impact it has on the body, letting people experience how the body changes and (re)gains more energy and power ( if you're curious, it's called All About Attitude, you can find it on facebook ) I love nature, I very often visit the woods or parks, the sea at night when there's no one there just to hear the sound of the ocean. I love the smell of rain on the asfalt on a warm summer day or the smell of wet wood and pinetrees in autumn. I love to read and write. I also like new challenges in life, meet new people, travel around, feeling the energy running through my veins and laugh !

PHILOSOPHY

Live free -make up your own mind what you want to do with your life. Go where you want to go, do what you want to do.. Life's a wonderful gift so take care of that wonderful body of yours ( you only get one in this life ). Be You, Live You, Breath You and Share You -x- !

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have a few experiences but not many. I never hosted anyone, but I met some wonderful and open minded people because of my brother who hosts lots of people in Gent. It's not always easy to find the time but I can always meet up for a drink and nice chats if it's possible :) -just ask!

Interessi

Running, dancing, pushing myself to feel the adrenaline flow through my body, reading books, visiting exhibitions, theaters, concerts, going/hanging out with friends, watching movies (art house), visit parks, woods, the sea, meditate, laugh and of course, I love to travel!
