I'm from the Bay Area, specifically Oakland, California. I went to school in San Diego and lived there for four years. I finished my last academic year in Taipei.

I am relaxed, laid-back, independent;

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I tend to travel by myself and love the spontaneous experiences through meeting locals. I enjoy having company while traveling and it's definitely fun to see a city from a local's perspective.

Interests

Traveling, learning languages, getting to know others, different lifestyles and cultures, outdoor activities like backpack, camp, hike, rock climb and cooking. Also like to dance and learn hip hop/modern choreography

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Backpacked, water-rafted and camped in Oregon for 3 weeks (read no showers for 3 weeks).
Lived with a rural community on a mountain of Ecuador for 2 months and woke up above the clouds every morning.
Lived in Taipei for 9 months.
